Aurora Philosophy: Every child arrives already full of something: curiosity, feeling, a particular way of seeing the world. Our role isn’t to fill them up. Aurora has proven to us time and time again with exceptional support and services! Both my children started attending Aurora Rowville and after we moved, we transferred our youngest to Aurora Doncaster without hesitation. They’ve helped to make the transition super smooth and seamless. It’s been such a great experience being a part of the Aurora community, my daughter loves her friends and educators so much that she looks forward to going to Aurora every week! My daughter has been at Aurora Doncaster for one and a half years now and she loves it there.
The educators are always caring, attentive and ensures she is taken care of. Educators are consistently the same with a low turnover, and share photos / highlights for us via the app.
The centre is always clean and beautiful, and provides the kids with incursions such as yoga and dance classes.
We would recommend Aurora to our family and friends.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. Our child has settled in very well and always seems happy and comfortable there. The educators are caring, friendly, and very responsible, and they make us feel reassured every day. We really appreciate the warm environment, good communication, and the genuine care they show towards the children. Highly recommended!

Our little one started at Aurora Doncaster when she was 1 year old and she’s nearly 5 now, in the kinder program. We visited 7 other centres and as soon as we toured Aurora we knew this was it. The staff are all lovely and caring. Extremely responsive and go out of their way to create a warm and educational environment for the children. Any concerns with educators are addressed promptly and will take time to follow up with parents too. There’s other thincs they’ll organise other centres just don’t consider or have (dance and yoga classes, celebrations of festivals, take home dinners, date nights) that make it a nice community too. Highly recommend.

We enrolled our child at Aurora Early Education Doncaster this time last year and have been extremely happy with the care provided.
The educators in our child’s room are incredibly warm, nurturing, and—just as importantly—consistent. Seeing familiar faces each day has made a significant difference to our child’s sense of security.
The mixed-age classroom has been a wonderful environment for development. When our child was younger, he benefited from observing and learning from older peers, and now they have the opportunity to show care towards younger children. The activities are thoughtfully planned, and we always look forward to the daily updates that highlight what the children have been learning.
The Aurora app offers insights into the daily menu as well as real-time updates on naps, nappy changes, and meals. As first-time parents, this level of transparency has been incredibly reassuring.
The centre itself is clean, calm, and well-maintained. During times of illness outbreaks, communication is prompt and transparent, with clear information about cases and the measures being taken to manage them.
The team is approachable, responsive, and genuinely values building strong partnerships with families. Their connection with the wider community also adds a special dimension, fostering a sense of belonging for both children and parents.
Overall, this centre consistently goes above and beyond. It takes a village to raise a child, and we feel very fortunate to have Aurora as part of our village!

We’ve had a great experience with Aurora. My older son has already graduated from there, and we happily chose to send our second son as well, which shows how much we trust the team.

Our son has been at Aurora QV for 2.5 years, and what we’ve appreciated most throughout is how clean, calm and welcoming the centre always feels. The educators are attentive and caring, and Asma and Shreya, have been approachable and organised. Special thanks to Olivia, the cook, whose meals our son enjoy. We also appreciate the incursions and excursions, giving the kids great variety beyond the regular routine. Highly recommend!

Aurora QV is the best child care spot in CBD we picked for our son after hopping through multiple centres ,spacious outdoors ,beautiful ambience and cordial educators were the things that holds our attention in narrowing down this as an option.
The centre is amazing with all wonderful staff serving best of their capabilities, only caveat we have seen so far is the lack of staff retention, few ex educators Kimberly, Jennifer , Sophie & Olivia whom we dearly miss and wanted to thank for supporting his early transition to the centre.Hope the amazing current staff will continue to stay !!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We’ve made it a ritual to come here with my son’s Mabuhay playgroup, and it’s been a game-changer since we moved to Melbourne. The community is so welcoming, making it easy to meet new people and mingle—both for me and especially for my little one. My son loves the sensory activities, outdoor play, and the endless books and toys to explore. They created a space that's both fun for the kids and easy on the eyes for parents. A must-visit for any young family!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Aurora Rowville! The lovely educators have done an excellent job preparing our eldest child for school and we’ve been very pleased with how our younger child is progressing and thriving in their care. The team is caring, supportive and genuinely invested in each child’s development. We also love the daily updates which provide great insights into learning activities taking place for the day. Best daycare around! We have been going since my little one was 8 months and she has grown and developed through their amazing teaching and play. Would recommend over and over again. The staff are exceptional and so deeply caring that you have complete trust in leaving your loved one in their care. Don't look any further and book your little one in ASAP! If they have a spot, take it. You wont be disappointed.

Not only is the care incredible with consistent team members on and little agency staff (always a good sign of culture and continuity) but the education is amazing. My older daughter started school last year and she was well prepared and so ready to the point where she is excelling in so many areas and whilst there are many factors that play into this her education at Aurora definitely enhanced her transition and we are incredibly grateful!
Our last baby has just started here and the care and consistency remain apparent and we are excited for her transition from home care to daycare.
